Before we reach out, we like to know the specifics of your event. Fill out our Event Inquiry Form to give us an idea of when and where your event will be, the services you're interested in, and how we can get in touch. This is the first pivotal step in turning your event dreams into memorable reality.

Step 2 Check Your Inbox

Once you’ve completed our Contact form, you’ll receive an email from one of the Invisible Touch team members. In the email, you’ll meet your booking guide and receive a link to set up a 10-15 minute discovery call to discuss and brainstorm your vision for your event. You’ll also have access to a complete list of each of our DJs and extensive live entertainers to help you get a better idea of what we have to offer.

Step 3 Discovery Call Collaboration

This call is a true meeting of the minds! We’ll answer your questions and discuss your vision, needs, and any elements of entertainment you want for your event. Together, we’ll cover all the possibilities! We'll take the time to understand your vision, needs and desired elements of entertainment for your event. We'll work closely with you to ensure that we can manage all tasks independently, allowing you to focus on other aspects of the event. You'll leave the call feeling excited, inspired, and confident that Invisible Touch will create a beautifully personalized and perfectly executed live music arrangement.

step 4 Receive Your Custom DJ Services Proposal

Now that you and your booking guide have discussed the ins and outs of your event, you’ll receive a proposal with up to three customized package options we feel would be the best fit for the event you envision. Once the contract and proposal are finalized, you can start the countdown to your special event!
